摘要

There is a huge difference between the performance of main memory and processor hence, caching is an essential technique to enhance the performance of computers. The access speed of cache memory is higher than the main memory which is used to bridge the performance gap between processor and main memory. Our Proposed work provides a solution for cache replacement which is easy to implement, has better performance as compared to the traditional cache replacement policies like First-In-First-Out (FIFO), Clock with Adaptive Replacement (CAR) and Least-Recently-Used (LRU).
