Human-computer interface aims to produce comfort, quick, natural and non-invasive interface method for controlling machines. As computer became essential in modern life, it needs to be naturally integrated and becomes compatible with human activities and senses. As early stages of computer development, human muscles were the only way human can control computer. After voice recognition was developed, it became the new tool which grants human access to computer in more natural way than using hands. This paper suggests a replacement of the traditional way of controlling computer. The new method is based on tiny head movements and eye blinks. The aim of this work is to introduce a new horizon which could replace the traditional method of controlling computer. The suggested solution will not only be offer a natural control method, but also it will allow paralyzed people to have an easy and full control of computer. The proposed method investigates the ability to use facial expression for wider access, such as smile.
