Emergency vehicles routing problem becomes the important part in evacuation procedures for disaster and emergency circumstances. Even though the road grids are created with good strategy in developed countries, lack of emergency respond scheme and unstructured road grid, damage level of emergency case is still increase in many developing countries. Advanced routing method is proposed to provide the rescue teams and their rescues activities rapidly. The proposed approach is based on original Dijkstra's algorithm for optimal route investigation which reduces delays caused by structure of road network to provide effective and accurate result. Road conditions data such as close and narrow roads are extracted from satellite images and some are collected by crowd sourcing. The result of optimal route between incident location and emergency services are placed on the map image for easy user access.
