摘要

The main objective of this paper is to present a calibrated measurement system with an application case focusing in characterize the backscatter modulation systems. The backscatter modulation have an important role in Internet of Things (IoT) because they do not use a radio transmitter to transfer information. Moreover, these devices are being used in wireless power transfer (WPT) scenarios because they do not need any battery to transmit information. For this purpose, it is important to design a calibrated measurement system capable of characterize and calculate the optimum points for M-QAM modulations in backscatter radio systems.
