摘要

On the basis of double-diffusion, we found that MAPbI3 formed by evaporation of MAI-PbI2-MAI will crystallize gradually with times and the performance of solar cell will improve after several days of storage and with production control in low vacuum, called GPC (growth program control) technology. The double diffusion and seed layer promoted the crystallization of perovskite films. The perovskite solar cells fabricated by GPC finally reach PCE 16.51%. Therefore, we think MAPbI3 prepared by GPC post-treatment has good potential of industrial production.
