The Extraterrestrial Outpost (ExO) project presents a strategy to transition from a small, preliminary lunaroutpost to a sustainable 30-person habitat. The outpost was designed around three main objectives that supportedlunar geology, future space technology development, and commercial ventures on the Moon. A logistics and buildupplan are presented that detail when each of the habitat modules and support equipment will arrive at the Moon aswell as the number of launches required to get the outpost equipment there. In Situ Resource Utilization wasinvestigated in order to use the available lunar resources to provide consumable water for the habitat and fuel for theascent vehicle.
