ARISS Interoperable Radio System Multi-Voltage Power Supply Thermal and Noise

Sounds easy… a box with a couple of DC-DC converters to power the new specially modified JVCKenwood D710GA radios scheduled to be shipped to the ISS to replace the 10+ year old radios. But thespec has a few requirements. NASA is not at all concerned about how well something works; what theyare concerned with is crew safety and lack of interference with anything else on ISS. And it has to be foolproof, requiring as little crew input as possible. The MVPS must be capable of being plugged inanywhere on ISS and work properly without modifications. This gets complicated as the Columbus (US)side runs of 120VDC and the Service module (Russian) runs on 28VDC.
