Due to the low transmission power, GPS signal isvulnerable to both intentional and unintentionalinterferences. The need to localize GPS interferencesources is becoming more pressing as more systems beginto rely on GPS. In this paper, the direction of arrival ofweak GPS interference, which has the same power levelas the GPS signals or is even weaker than them, isintended to be estimated using an antenna array. Toachieve this, GPS signals which become the stronginterferences of the bearing estimation are cancelled bythe FIR Wiener filter, the mutual coupling between theantennas and channel gain/phase errors in the antennaarray are estimated by the antenna array calibrationtechniques, and the non-uniformly distributed colourednoise is mitigated by the covariance matrix subtraction. This paper first proposes the FIR Wiener filter based GPSsignal cancellation method. The array signal model, theantenna array calibration technique and the non-uniformlydistributed coloured noise mitigation method aredescribed later. At last, the performance of the GPSinterference direction of arrival estimation is analyzed inthe experiment.
