摘要

CdSe nanocrystals were obtained in relatively mild conditions from Na{sub}2SeSO{sub}3 and CdCl{sub}2 in aqueous gelatine solutions. Crystal parameters of gelatine-embedded CdSe nanoparticles, obtained from optical absorption, luminescence, and Raman spectra, are correlated to synthesis conditions: gelatine concentration, CdCl{sub}2 excess and temperature of ageing.
