摘要

In order to compare isopropyl alcohol (IPA) adsorption process on the surface of alignment film (AF), it was measured in real time inside of a solution using AFM. There was no change in surface in IPA concentration 10% but the surface adsorption was appeared in IPA 10% and 20% according to time. Analysis was done with the use of calcite (10-14) face for the dissolving characteristics of liquid crystal (LC) component.
