摘要

The microstructure and room-temperature tensile properties of Ti-4. 5AL-3Mo-lV titanium alloy plates prepared by four different hot-rolling processes were investigated. It was found that enough deformation rate at α+β phase region is necessary to obtain fine and uniform microstructure. The good compositive property will be obtained through suitable hot-rolling process. Ti-4. 5AL-3Mo-lV titanium alloy possesses good stability of properties and a small quantity of primary α lamellae has few influence on the tensile properties.
