摘要

The effects of deforming degree and annealling temperatures on performance of titanium alloy tubes Ti-75 are specified during 2-roller and multi-roller cold rolling process. The result shows that the alloy is sensitive for strain-hardening which has good cold processing performance by employing reduction 35%~40% for the cold rolling pass. The Ti75 alloy tube could obtain recrystallized structure with annealing at temperature 700~800t/1h/VC,and all quality and characteristic indications of thecold rolled products meet the requirement of technical standard.
