Research on Newly Traffic Distribution of Construction Project-Take Tian Yuan Xin Zuo Project as an Example

The traffic demand forecast is the key of traffic impact assessment (TIA). Traffic distribution, as a part of traffic demand forecasting process, its forecast result will inevitably have a major impact on the whole process. The existing research on traffic demand forecasting mostly concentrates on the centralized construction projects. Usually, there is a big deviation between prediction results and the actual situation for a specific construction project. This study had a deep research on the traffic distribution, which was based on the TIA criteria. Through the interpretation and improvement of the existing traffic distribution model, two prediction models were proposed which include the expression, the characteristics, the using steps, and the applicable conditions. The feasibility of the model has been confirmed by the case application, and the results have some reference and practical value for the prediction of the traffic distribution of individual construction project.
