摘要

By means of Confocal Raman microscopy we have shown that PLGA NPs internalized in HepG2 cells and release their cargo. CRM proves that PLGA NPs are internalized and localize in the region of the lipid bodies while their release material either Dox or antiTNF-α is mostly found in the cytosol. These results envisage the use of PLGA NPs stabilized with BSA for intracellular delivery of anticancer drugs such as Dox or protein therapeutics like antiTNF-α.
