Heparin Nanogel-Embedded In Situ Crosslinkable Gelatin Hydrogels for Urethral Sphincter Muscle Regeneration

摘要

bFGF loaded HP nanogels were embedded in situ crosslinkable GPT hydrogels for the urethral spincter muscle regeneration. The obtained results demonstrated that the injectable hydrogels have a great potential for the urethral spincter muscle regeneration since the hydrogels are capable of releasing the growth factor in a controlled manner and enhancing regeneration of smooth muscle tissues.
