Ti-15Mo-xMe (Me=Nb,Zr) alloys prepared by arc-melting have been studied. Measures of x-ray diffraction showed the only presence of β phase with bcc crystalline structure. The heat treatments in a vacuum or oxygen atmosphere did not change initial crystalline structure of alloys. Samples of the alloys with Nb and Zr have a smaller elasticity modulus than Ti-15wt%Mo. Biocompatibility tests on samples showed that the studied alloys are biocompatible, showing the possibility of its biomedical use.
