摘要

We demonstrated that PEGylated cerasomes encapsulating DOX inhibit the proliferation of prostate cancer cells. Cellular internalization of cerasomes is observed and ER is recognized as the destination where most cerasomes accumulate. Lastly, cerasomes release DOX in a sustained maner, indicating their potentials as drug carriers for prolonged delivery.
