Fibrinolytic intravascular stent: a novel anti-thrombosis approach

摘要

The lysine-poly(HEMA) modified stent was shown to reduce nonspecific protein adsorption while binding plasminogen extensively from plasma to enable lysis of nascent clots. This approach may have promise as a solution to the problem of in-stent thrombosis.
