摘要

Magnetic MWCNTs prepared in this study showed high adsorption capacity and affinity for bilirubin. The adsorption of bilirubin to magnetic MWCNTs followed the Langmuir model. Bilirubin could be removed from albumin solution by magnetic MWCNTs suspension in bound solute dialysis. This work demonstrated the potential application of magnetic MWCNTs in the removal of toxins, especially those bound tightly to albumin in patients' blood.
