摘要

TMC/siRNA-TGF-β1 complexes could induce significant gene knockdown at N/P ratio 20 both in 2-D culture and 3-D collagen/chitosan scaffold. The siRNA-loaded BDE induces down-regulation of TGF-β1 and scar-inhibition during skin repair in vivo. The combination of RNA interference and regenerative medicine materials to down-regulate TGF-pi may open a new way to realize the full regeneration of skin.
