摘要

A highly fluorescent polymer nanopaticles for targeted cell imaging was developed by surface midification using folate-conjugated cationic copolymers. The efficient cell imaging was achieved via a folate receptor-mediated cellular binding and endocytosis. This study provides a potential strategy to fabricate specific fluorescent conjugated polymer nanoparticles for fluorescence-based biological detection.
