摘要

Anterior cruciate ligament rupture is among the most common musculoskeletal injury worldwide. A novel method has been developed for the production of an in vitro 'bone to bone' ligament replacement. In this study, the physical properties of the ligament replacement were investigated, including tensile strength, viscoelastic properties and the creep/relaxation behaviour in comparison with those of rat tail tendons.
