摘要

This study demonstrates that the orientation of electrospun nanofibers could affect the morphology and osteogenic differentation of pre-osteoblasts. The findings of present study suggest that the topography-induced effects may regulated via the integrin-mediated mechanotransduction. The results from this study can provide useful guidences for designing functional scaffolds for bone tissue engineering.
