摘要

In order to define new approaches for bone tissue engineering, new multifactorial models are nededed to better understand the interaction between the biomaterial and the cells. Combining nanotextured substrates mimicking the structural patterns of the ECM and simulated PFF in multi-factorial model could surve as such, and showed to have a profound effect on cellular orientation and behavior.
