Our results demonstrated the effects of the HA-NPs to the MG 63 cells were dependent on the HA-NPs concentrations. High HA-NPs concentration easily resulted in the structural changes of some cellular organelles, including nucleus and mitochondria, while RER and Go were hardly affected.
