摘要

ATH and heparin were grafted to PDMS via PEG spacers. The ATH and heparin modified surfaces bound AT selectively from plasma, with ATH being more efficient than heparin. This study indicates the anticoagulant potential of these surfaces, especially for modifications with ATH. The strategy of grafting PEG to reduce protein adsorption and ATH to bind coagulation inhibitors may be useful in producing antithrombotic biomaterials.
