In conclusions, we have developed an imaging system which is an integration of MMM, SHG and an automated slicing module for large tissue imaging. The automation and 64-times imaging speed with label-free SHG offers an attractive tool for cross-scale high throughput imaging which provides opportunity to study spatially changes of ECM and tissue structures in liver fibrosis.
