摘要

A GOx/DAR-CS/PB-MWNTs composite film was fabricated based on a self-assembly process in combination with in situ photo-cross-linking technique for glucose biosensing application. Due to synergistic effect of efficient enzyme immobilization and good electrochemical properties of the composite film, the thus-prepared biosensor was highly stable, sensitive and selective. In addition, the strategy provided a promising platform for constructing other biosensors.
