Chitosan/PGA nerve conduit for the repair of a 30-mm-long human median nerve defect: a case report

摘要

The surgical repair of a 30 mm long median nerve defect in a patient's forearm, by implantation of a CPNC, achieved nerve regeneration and functional reconstruction to a level that facilitated daily activities with the injured hand.
