Disclosed is a biodegradable magnesium alloy nerve conduit for repairing nerve defects. The nerve catheter is in the shape of a circular tube, and multiple columns of through-holes are provided on the tube wall of the nerve conduit, wherein each column of through-holes is axially arranged along the circular tube at equal intervals, and the adjacent columns of through-holes are in a dislocation arrangement. The method for preparing the nerve conduit comprises the steps of: step 1, one end of a magnesium alloy tube blank is processed with a 45¡ã conical surface, and is subjected to extrusion to obtain a magnesium alloy intermediate tubular product; step 2, the magnesium alloy intermediate tubular product is subjected to multi-pass rolling and drawing to obtain a capillary; step 3, the capillary is subjected to stress annealing, heat preservation, laser cutting and drilling to obtain a porous conduit; and step 4, the porous conduit is subjected to acid pickling and an electrochemical polishing process in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. The process of the method is simple, and the porous degradable magnesium alloy nerve conduit for repairing nerve defects has a uniform wall thickness and a smooth surface.
