摘要

2-Level 3-dimensional networked natural polymer-HAp bone scaffolds possess good cell biocompatibility, well differentiation ability of bone marrow stromal stem cells, and novel bone regeneration ability in vivo. This kind of the scaffold will attract much attention of bio-materials scientists, biologists, and surgeons. In addition, PDAM-HAp scaffold will be great potential for application in regeneration medicine for off-the-shelf and layer-by-layer cell construction requirements due to its layered structure and mass production ability.
