摘要

The dynamic culture system of HGF described here promotes growth and Col Ⅰ synthesis by these cells. The variation of α-SMA content and increased Col Ⅰ content over 4 weeks in dynamic culture indicate that HGF in this system remained phenotypically fibroblastic, which is desirable for optimal wound healing and regeneration of functional gingival tissues.
