Block-copolymer nanoparticles for targeted RNAi-based cancer therapy

摘要

Polymer nanoparticles have shown, due to their unique structure and to the chemical versatility that can be introduced, they can offer new functionalities and advantages compared to other nanoparticulate systems. Indeed these particles, based on non-toxic bioresorbable amphiphilic block copolymers, can be used to develop multicomponent/multifunctional delivery systems may pave the road to novel therapeutics.
