The Application of Peptide-modified Electrospinning Scaffold on Cardiac Tissue Engineering

摘要

The electrospinning techniques can be utililzed in biomimic cardiac tissue fiberous scaffold which contains the cell binding ligands. The fiber orientation also influences the cardiomyocytes growth which is important for cardiomyocytes alignment and their contractile properties.
