摘要

In this study, biological responses against biomaterials implantation focusing in the inflammation were quantitatively evaluated by the global gene expression analysis. Interestingly, the gene expression profiles were different depending on surface polymers and pore size of PE-PSs, and they were fluctuated in bioinert property.
