Matrix Analysis of the Relationship between Compensation Claim Case and Expenditures in Construction Claim Management

摘要

In project management, contractors' claims are beneficial methods to improve their economic benefits. Pivotal step of claim is to analyze the on-going claim event. This paper, firstly, has established two fuzzy matrixes on the relationships between claim events and expenditures to claim causes independently. Secondly, the relationship has been analyze directly between claim causes and expenditures through combing with these matrixes, then, looking out the key factors in accordance with the going events. Finally, an conclude is made from all of these analysis which also is the premise to prepare for a true and detailed claim report.
