Risk Analysis of Living Environmental Hazard for Floodplain Residents of Lower Yellow River

摘要

Inundation risk frequency of lower Yellow River residents is analyzed according to inundation risk of lower Yellow River residents during different times since 1949,and combined with new regulation principles and continuous improvement of furure engineering and non-engineering measures in upper and middle Yellow River.The analyzed result shows that the floodplain inundation frequency of lower Yellow River is the same as operating frequency of state detention areas.Therefore,technically speaking,it is possible for residents in the lower floodplain to receive state compensation when they become victims of flood inundation,just like residents in state flood detention areas.
