摘要

The sample crystal structure was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) that zirconia scattered around the glassy phase,corundum embedded in the glassy phase with branch shape,glassy phase distributed around little eutectic Al2O3-ZrO2 and zirconia crystals.It is very special for standard AZS products,exudation temperature of initial glass phase is analyzed by the high-temperature microscope,and the result of more than 1425°C is identified.In addition,the exudation quantity is tested by the high-temperature furnace and about 1.35 percentages is obtained in volume.This paper also presented the formation mechanism of this special crystal structure,provided theoretical analysis for industrialized production of new AZS refractory materials.
