摘要

Buried active faults exist large risks in construction projects,especially identifying the distribution of the shallow active faults is a necessary prerequisite for construction projects.To a site survey in Dachang as an example,in this region Quaternary overburden is thick,in which the faults have small differences of the elasticity with the surrounding rock and soil mass,and the most with strike-slip structure nature,small displacement,in the larger interference's region and other characteristics.To identify the distribution of faults in a certain depth range,carried out an applied research for detecting buried active structure by shallow seismic reflection method in Quaternary,proceed from enhancing energy,suppressing interference and improving the resolution,etc.,and found out an effective technique method of “one high three lows” for detecting buried small active faults in this region,successfully found location and attitude of the fault.It was confirmed the effectiveness of this exploration by exploratory trench.It provides intentional reference for future similar active fault detection.
