摘要

According to the Rapid Prototyping for uniform thickness of thin-wall parts forming,the paper uses the filling method that is mixed the parallel lines with contour trajectory offset lines,based on the both of filling methods that conducted a research on the algorithm and derivation of mathematics,gets the mathematical expression of the both filling track line.The algorithm for Rapid Prototyping system which can achieved software optimization provided a mathematical foundation.
