We succeeded in fabricating flexible display devices using an organic-metallic hybrid polymer film. The organic-metallic hybrid polymer was prepared via 1:1 complexation of organic modules and metal ions. The obtained polymer Him showed excellent electrochromic property. We confirmed the reversible color change of the polymer film casted on an ITO film, when the solid-state electrolyte contacted and the electric potential was applied between the electrolyte and the electrochromic polymer film. The multi-color printing was achieved by using the hybrid polymer containing two metal ion species.
