摘要

As a kind of most common used photo-catalyst, TiO_2 nanomaterials exist disadvantages on low light energy utilization in visible light range and difficulty on recycle. In our study, different proportions of Fe~(3+) and Fe~(2+) ion were doped with nano-TiO_2 particles in structure of rutile type through method of chemical precipitation. The result showed that the average size of the composite particles was nearly 20nm. The photo-catalyst performance of the composite have been improved and the relatively optimized preparation conditions were presented.
机译:TiO_2纳米材料作为一种最常用的光催化剂,存在可见光范围内光能利用率低,回收利用困难等缺点。在本研究中,通过化学沉淀法将不同比例的Fe〜(3+)和Fe〜(2+)离子掺入了金红石型结构的纳米TiO_2颗粒。结果表明,复合颗粒的平均粒径接近20nm。改善了复合材料的光催化剂性能,并提出了相对优化的制备条件。
