In this study, low-cost kerosene with low toxicity was used as the organic solvents to investigate the solvent debinding behaviors of ceramic compacts produced by injection molding. The Influences of time, temperature and solid loading on the debinding rates were investigated, and the mechanism of the solvent debinding was also proposed. The results showed that: the debinding rate increased with the increase of temperatures and decreased with the increase of debinding times; Diffusion was the dominant factor at the initial stage and temperature was considered as the decisive factor to influence the reaction rates; Meanwhile, dissolution became the dominant factor and concentration difference was considered as the main factor at the later stage to influence the reaction rates; A higher solid loading of the green body resulted in a slower debinding rate with a lower binder removal of the final proportion within the ceramic matrix.
