摘要

The purpose of this study was to assess inpatients' loyalty impact factors in medical service in hospital in Chengdu. The survey was conducting through field interviews based on a questionnaire that was designed by the researchers and con ducted in West China Hospital of Sichuan University in autumn of 2011 on a sample of 315 inpatients that were selected at random. And structural equation model was used to explore those factors' impact degree. An empirical test of the relationships among these factors, some valuable clues for establishing core competitive power of the hospitals in China and improving the management of health care marketing were drawn based on the study findings.
