Session C9: Metocean

摘要

I am not aware of any such databases other than the new international Breakwaters Database initiative that was introduced at this conference by Allsop et al (2009). Speaking to Stephen Cork (a co-author on that paper), this work is ongoing and its development will be further reported at the PIANC MMX Conference to be held in Liverpool in May 2010. It is hoped that the database will include detailed contributions from professionals involved in the design, construction and maintenance of breakwaters worldwide.
