Discussion A8: Coastal Management

In response to the challenges posed by Phil Barber's presentation, the following points are made. Money being put into defence investment is going up and it is not government policy to move away from defending. Compensation rules are clearer now and Defra consultation is currently ongoing looking at adaptation measures. There are no longer plans to publish maps with lines on them.
