We demonstrate a structure improving the light efficiency of photovoltaic devices integrated organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), by applying one-dimensional distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) inside. In our design, the structure simultaneously increases the luminous efficiency from 50.0% to 81.6%, maintains high contrast ratio, and sharpens the emission spectrum from 28nm to 17nm at FWHM.
