摘要

Broussonetia Papyrifera without debarking was taken as a pulp raw material, and its main chemical composition was analyzed. Debarking of Broussonetia Papyrifera trunk through alkaline hydrolysis was also studied in this paper. The experimental results showed that the pectin in the bark could be removed by putting pectinase in slow hydrolysis. Meanwhile, green bark and black bark were separated well. The optimal technical conditions were: the liquor ratio 1:20, the temperature 40 °C, the reaction time 30 h, NaOH 0.3%, and the pectinase amount 500 u/g. The high-resolution digital pictures indicated that trunk and bark of Broussonetia papyrifera could be separated thoroughly after treated under the optimal conditions. FT-IR revealed that the feature absorption peak of pectin (3200-3400 cm-1) was much smaller than those without pectinase hydrolysis. It illuminated that under the slow hydrolysis reaction, the pectin amount in the bark was reduced significantly after adding pectinase.
