摘要

This study examines the moderating effect of gender differences on the relationship between website characteristics and the overall impression of a college website. The findings provide evidence that the presentation characteristics of the website are more important to men and the navigation characteristic of the college website is more important to women. The findings of this study have implications about building college websites that are relevant to both practitioners and academicians.
