The method involves figure moderate coating of printed sheet with glue with coating head. An impression cylinder (4) and a press roller (3) are built in a coating module (2). The transfer ribbon (5) is passable through the transfer gap (6) such that it is placed with the coated side on the printed sheet guided on the impression cylinder and passes from the transfer gap pressed together with printed sheet. An independent claim is also included for a device for the execution of the method.
